My life is going to be very busy in the next few months. Painting up a storm and planning a trip in the next while has me writing many lists and talking to myself frantically.
A show coming up at The old School House in Qualicum Beach mid March, a trip to Spain in April, a show in Vancouver at the convention center end of May and teaching workshop at TOSH for June.
It took me awhile, but I finally got to it. My first painting on the debut page will be in place until February 5th 2016. If sold before that date, 25% of the purchase price, after paypal deductions will go to the Bowser Senior Housing Society. Further information is on the Studio page.
Many paintings are coming to light these days. I have worked through that terrible creative block by just showing up in the studio and painting. It was like, "I am here!, what will be will be!". Many hours of making mud. Its all good now.
I will also have giclee prints available of "Westcoast Islet", a similar painting to "Koskimo Islet" which sold asap and has attracted much attention. The second and larger painting sold immediately but this time I was able to have it professionally reproduced so that I am able to offer giclees. please contact me if you are interested.
I seem to be running out of time today, gettting up at 5 AM does not give me enough time to paint, work on the computer, exercise and take my granddaughter to dance after school. 4 AM it may have to be!
The painting above "Chrome Island View" is on my Debut to Donate page.
3 new paintings headed for the Salish Sea Market next week!
